These terms apply when you use collegenexora.in, the CollegeNexora mobile app and our counselling service. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Our service
CollegeNexora provides information about colleges, universities, courses and entrance exams, and free admission guidance. We are not a college or university, and we do not make admission decisions: each institution decides admissions under its own rules.
We do not guarantee admission, a particular seat, branch, fee or scholarship.
Accuracy of information
Fees, cutoffs, rankings, placement figures, admission dates and other details on our website come from colleges' published information and other public sources. They can change at any time and may contain errors. Always confirm the details with the college's official website or admission office before you apply or pay any fee.
Fees and payments
Our counselling service is free for students. Pay application and admission fees only through the college's official website or bank account, and keep the official receipt. No CollegeNexora team member will ask you to pay for a "guaranteed" seat; if anyone does, please report it to us.
Using our website
- Give accurate information in forms, and only your own details or details you have permission to share.
- Do not misuse the website, for example by sending spam, trying to break its security, or copying its content in bulk with automated tools.
- Do not use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Content and trademarks
The text, design and tools on CollegeNexora belong to us. College and university names, logos and images belong to their owners and are used only to identify those institutions.
Links to other websites
We link to college websites and other services for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content, services or policies.
Limitation of liability
We provide our website and guidance in good faith, but we are not liable for decisions you make or losses you suffer based on information on the website, or for the actions of colleges and other third parties.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute.
